Rachel Call is a mother of three boys and has been married to the love of her life for 25 years.  She has been working as a Certified Life and Business Coach for over 10 years, assisting her clients in finding what they truly value and then helping them align their lives and decisions based on those values.  She has found that most often, fear and/or shame are the key players that keep people from truly plugging into the values and lives they want.  Rachel specializes in guiding her clients to recognize and overcome the fears and negative beliefs that are keeping them stuck and feeling unfulfilled.  These show up in all areas of our lives; relationships, health and well-being, creativity, work productivity, finding and plugging into a passion, and vision of self and how you relate to the world.

Like you, Rachel has had many ups and downs, unexpected changes and hardships.  She knows what it’s like to have a loved one die unexpectedly, to feel betrayed by those whom you expect to always be there to love you, to take risks and then lose it all, to have children who make decisions that cause you heartache, to have a body that quits on you because of the stress you have put it through, and to sometimes have to carry on alone.  Her story is your story.  Not the same events but the feelings that go with those challenging trials and fears.  She has taken those experiences and created a coaching practice that helps empower her clients to discover their own strength, power, love and purpose.

Rachel has years of experience working with at-risk teens and their parents as a wilderness instructor, Residential Director and Life Coach at a prestigious therapeutic boarding school for girls, and with her private practice.  She has facilitated workshops, done speaking engagements, group coaching as well as individual coaching.  Her gift is to see the whole picture and figure out what’s working and what isn’t and then getting creative in making your objectives happen.  She asks the hard questions. She holds safe space for her clients and says, “My gift is seeing YOU; the you that is Brilliant, Powerful, Hopeful, Lovable, Beautiful, and Enough!”
